The admission of students is done through an open competition, published annually by the University Goce Delchev in Shtip. There are three enrollment deadlines announced in the Contest for enrollment of students in the first cycle of studies.

Foreign students who wish to enroll study programs at Goce Delchev University in Shtip should be aware of the following conditions:

• completed a four-year secondary education;
• obtained decision for recognition of the secondary school diploma by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia;
• acquired certificates for Macedonian language.
