Public procurements represent a process of using public assests by certain public body in order to receive external resources that are most often from commercial bidders.The principles followed in the implementation of legal and sub-legal regulations for the public procurements are: transparency, publicity and an equal treatment of economic operators. Annual planThe annual plan for public procurements includes the total requirements for procurement of the University for the current year – types of goods, services and things in accordance with the General glossary of public procurements, the expected start of the procedure, the asessed value of the contract or the framewrok agreement and the type of procedure for the acquirement of the contract or the framework agreement. The annual plan for public procurements of the University for the current year, its changes and additions will be published in this section
