E-index
UGD has significantly improved and accelerated the administrative work of its units by the implementation of e-index as a digital solution.
This solution creates the opportunity for an automatic flow of the administrative procedures and all administrative work that students can do online and independently without hiring additional resources or spending time on additional preparation of administrative documents.
The platform offers the students to electronically apply and verify a semester, apply for exams, project tasks, receive their results electronically as well as other information through the electronic notice board and make electronic payments.
One of the major advantages of e-index is that it enables a quick, easy and direct communication and consultation of the students with the teaching staff and the collaborators at the University.
