The general secretary is authorised for the legal affairs of the University, he ensures the university’s work is in accordance with the legislation and ensures the application of the laws, tha collective and other agreements and the general acts of the institution.
The organization of the work at the Secretariat is in his jurisdiction, as well as the work of the secretaries and the technical secretaries at the separate faculties.
The general secretary is also a legal representative of the University at legal and administrative processes.
