Mobilities for students
The competition is open for:
– 15 student mobilities for studies (to be implemented in the winter semester 2025/2026)
Conditions for applying for mobility for studies:
- Students from the first and second cycle of studies are eligible to apply for long-term mobility, as follows: regularly enrolled in the first cycle of studies, with at least the second semester enrolled, and regularly enrolled in the second cycle of studies with at least the first semester enrolled;
- Applicants should have a solid knowledge of the English language or the language of the country where they are applying;
- Students have the right to use at least 2 months and a maximum of 12 months of student mobility (studies/internship) during one cycle of studies, in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the Competition;
Candidates who are applying to the program for the first time have priority.
Required documents for applying for study mobility are:
- A duly completed statement of interest in participating in the Erasmus + program, printed in two copies;
- Certificate of passed exams;
- Confirmation of enrollment in the semester;
- Copy of index (first page);
- Short biography (CV);
- Motivation letter;
- Two recommendations from professors from the unit where the student comes from;
- Proof of participation in activities within the faculty/university (seminars, conferences, workshops, events, magazines and other activities) and/or confirmation of participation in the work of university or faculty bodies (those students who have completed more activities have priority);
- Certificate of proficiency in a foreign language and/or other proof of proficiency in the foreign language used at the university where the application is made.
Employee mobilities
The competition is open for:
- 2 mobilities for teaching staff;
- 2 mobilities for administrative staff.
Mobility in higher education institutions in the European Union and in EU partner countries lasts at least 2 (two) and at most 5 (five) working days. Mobility is carried out within the framework of signed Erasmus+ agreements between the University “Goce Delchev” – Shtip and universities/institutions from European Union countries or from program countries within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. Mobility should be used by 31 December 2025.
The conditions for applying for Erasmus+ teaching and training mobility at Goce Delcev University are as follows:
A) Conditions for applying for Erasmus+ teaching and training mobility:
- All employees (teaching, associate and administrative staff) at Goce Delcev University – Shtip are eligible to apply;
- Applicants should have a solid knowledge of English or the language of the country where they are applying;
- Preference is given to candidates who are applying to the program for the first time;
- Employees applying for Erasmus+ teaching mobility should have an open ORCID and Google Scholar profile verified with the official email and affiliation with Goce Delcev University.
B) Required documents for applying for Erasmus+ teaching and training mobility:
- Form for selection of employees (teaching staff or administration) for participation in the Erasmus+ program printed and completed in two copies;
- Letter of acceptance with signature and stamp from the foreign university where the employee wishes to carry out the mobility;
- Staff mobility for teaching or Staff mobility for training form;
- Short curriculum vitae (CV).
