The framework of the Goce Delcev University includes the successful functioning of 10 centres with a different focus, which support and further develop the work of the faculties and the academies.
The centres are formed in order to encourage and implement the scientific and research work, the teaching and educational work, and to conduct and use contemporary work methods in the educational process, as well as the conduct of IT and electronic-administrative activities.

The Goce Delcev University offers its students a quick, simple and free access to the required literature through the E-library.

Electronic learning centre
The electronic learning centre, as part of the UGD framework, aims to enable the students and the teaching staff to use the technology as a tool for improving the education and encouraging an independent learning. Various contemporary online tools and large amount of useful and educational content is enabled through the centre, which can be accessed by the students at any time and from any place depending on their needs and possibilities. The Goce Delcev University owns an extensive informatic network and numerous e-services that are accessible 24 hours 7 days a week for the students and the employees.
The IT centre ensures the maintenance and the functioning of the e-services and prevents any restrictions or problems. It maintains the computer network and enables a user support for the digital services.

Public relations centre
The Public relations centre functions successfully as part of UGD with the aim to regularly and on time inform the public about the work of the University. It includes the universities media, the radio and the TV, the newspapers, the web and the digital channels that promote the University.
The centre is also responsible for the organization of all the events, ceremonies, forums and press conferences related to the work of UGD.

UGD recognizes that beside quality education, it is also very important to help students in their career direction and the search for employment.
Therefore, the Career centre works directly with the students and help them to maximally use their potential and interests for a suitable professional career in which they can contribute the most and develop as professionals.

Lifelong learning centre
Beside formal education, the Goce Delcev University is focused on the non-formal education i.e. the development of knowledge and skills of older people that will make them more competent on the labour market and will enable them faster and appropriate employment.
This is enabled through the Lifelong learning centre which organizes various trainings and courses that are directed toward the acquirement or the perfection of the professional competencies of the unemployed.

Quality centre
The Quality centre provides the realization and the maintenance of the higher-education standards, and it continuously increases the quality of the education that is offered to the students and it improves and develops the educational process and its activities by determining the procedures for the qualifications and the competencies of the teaching staff and supervises their implementation.

Inter-university cooperation
UGD especially values the establishment of cooperation and partner relations with other universities and organizations from abroad; therefore it has founded the centre for international cooperation.
These partnerships enable the students and the employees to participate in various programmes and projects abroad and in this way to gain knowledge and experience that they can later use in their teaching and career.
This centre involves the Erasmus + programme.

University sports centre
The sports centre at UGD is available for the students, the employees and the community and the development and advancement of the sports activities.
The centre involves multiple sports and a few active sports clubs.
On an organizational level, the students are provided with a possibility to participate in other non-formal sports activities such as inter-university and interfaculty tournaments and competitions.
